Italian industrial orders, turnover increase - update

(ANSA) - Rome, October 20 - Italian industrial turnover and orders increased in August with respect to July, Istat said on Monday. The national statistics agency said turnover was up 0.4% while orders increased 1.5% - the latter figure ending three consecutive month-on-month falls. But the year-on-year data was negative. Turnover was down 2.3% with respect to August 2013, while orders dropped 3.2%.
