NATO says Russian troops largely pulled out of Ukraine

(ANSA) - Brussels, September 30 - Russian troops have pulled out of the Ukraine since the beginning of an on-going ceasefire but many remain, a NATO military spokesperson said Tuesday. "Hundreds of soldiers remain, including special forces," the spokesperson said.
