LVMH agrees to give shareholders its Hermes stake

(ANSA) - Milan, Sept. 3 - LVMH said Wednesday it accepts an arbitration decision and will give its shareholders the 23.2% stake it holds in Hermes, ending a long dispute.
    In addition LVMH, Dior and the Arnault group made a joint formal commitment not to acquire Hermes shares for five years, LVMH said.
