Mini skirts, plunging necklines banned in Brindisi court

'Must preserve decorum in summer'

(ANSA) - Brindisi, June 30 - Mini skirts and plunging necklines have been banned in a bid to preserve "some semblance of decorum during the summer months" in the main courtroom of the Puglia city of Brindisi.
    Court President Francesco Giardino has also prohibited shorts, unless they are part of soldiers' or police uniform, flip-flop beach sandals and "transparent clothing".
