(ANSA) - Strasbourg, June 24 - The European Court of Human
Rights ruled against Italy on Tuesday for once again introducing
laws that are will affect the outcome of pending litigation.
The court ruled Italy must pay 872,000 euros to 32 offended
parties deemed to have been denied their right to a fair trial.
