(ANSA) - Rome, June 16 - Iraqi Sunni militants led by the
Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIS) seized the northern
buffer city of Tal Afar Monday as US President Barack Obama
weighed options including air strikes to help the government
stave off attacks.
ISIS captured key cities including Mosul and Tikrit last
week but some towns were retaken.
