(ANSA) - Rome, June 3 - Unemployment in southern Italy has
reached 21.7%, and a whopping 60.9% for young people, the
national statistics agency said Tuesday. According to Istat,
some 347,000 youths aged 15-24 were out of work in regions south
of Rome.
