(ANSA) - Rome, March 18 - The Bank of Italy said in a report
Friday that it expected inflation to remain low over the next
two years, ending 2015 at just over 1% after dropping to 0.3% in
March. It added that it was "essential" that the risk of
"excessive deflation" in the eurozone be combatted.
