A grab from handout video footage made available by the Russian Defense Ministry shows flames and smoke rising from Islamic State (IS) post in the area of Deir-ez-Zor after it was targeted by Russian Kalibr cruise missiles, fired by submarines in the eastern part of Mediterranean Sea, 14 September 2017 (issued 15 September 2017). The Defense ministry said that two submarines of project 636.3 Veliky Novgorod and Kolpino made these launches from the eastern part of Mediterranean Sea.
