Maduro appeared before Parliament with an overwhelming
pro-government majority, to deliver the 'message to the nation',
in compliance with the Venezuelan Constitution that obliges him
to present this balance before the deputies, at least no later
than 15 January of each year. Maduro reported on the management
of his Government for the year 2022 in which announcements are
expected on the course of the Bolivarian revolution by 2023.
