Just over two months before the
European Parliament election, the opposition Democrats (SDS)
have the highest voter support in Slovenia, according to the
most recent Mediana survey for POP TV. The SDS, which saw a
slight drop in support from 21.8% in February to 21.5% this
month, is followed by PM Golob's ruling Freedom Movement, which
fell from 15.1% to 14.3%, according to news agency STA. The
junior coalition Social Democrats (SD) rose from 3% to 5.6%. The
opposition New Slovenia (NSi) remained unchanged at 4.6%, while
the party Pirates increased from 2.9% to 3.1%, surpassing the
Left, which fell two percentage points to 2.8%.
