Gas: Moscow, 'If Kiev doesn't pay, we'll close off taps'

(ANSA) - MOSCOW - Russia may close off the gas taps ''today or tomorrow'' since Ukraine has not paid in advance for supplies, according to Russian Energy Minister, Alexander Novak.
Russia and Ukraine reached an agreement on gas supplies for the coming winter at the end of September in Brussels, after months of negotiations under EU mediation. (ANSA).
