Italy's Undersecretary, support for Macedonia's EU path
Della Vedova (For. Aff.), the EU needs to integrate the Balkans

(ANSA) - ROME, JUL 26 - Italian Undersecretary for Foreign
Affairs Benedetto Della Vedova is on a visit to Macedonia where,
in Skopje, he met the President of the Parliament Talat Xhaferi.
Della Vedova ensured Italy's full support for the path that will lead the country to join the European Union and expressed satisfaction with the high level of bilateral cooperation, even between parliaments.
During a meeting with a group of students, Della Vedova said that ''Europe needs to integrate the Balkan region to face the global challenges of our times such as the pandemic, the climate change, and migrations''. (ANSA).
