Unicredit: Croatia, NPLs sold for 203 million euros to MDG

(ANSA) - MILAN, SEPTEMBER 20 - Through its subsidiary Zagrebacka Banka, UniCredit signed a sale with no recourse agreement with Ddm for a portfolio of impaired exposures deriving from credit agreements granted to customers belonging to the business segment, EMS and private. Unicredit announced. The portfolio exclusively relates to receivables deriving from loan agreements ruled by Croatian law amounting to - before value adjustments - 203.3 million euros. The sale of the portfolio is part of UniCredit's current strategy to reduce impaired exposures under the Transform 2019 plan. (ANSA).
