(ANSA) - PORDENONE, JULY 2 - Spotlight on ''Fuori Expo'' in Milan, focusing on the culinary excellence in the province of Pordenone, displayed in a world showcase starting this morning, thanks to an event organized by the Chamber of Commerce of Pordenone, continuing until July 6. The special company ConCentro aims to develop a sense of participation linked to the Expo's main theme, ''Feeding the planet'', by offering visitors a thematic 'journey' based on the variety of food production, and describing the habitat and the tools used to prepare food, which are fundamental components of a successful 'recipe', as the title (''Food Design'') of this exhibition suggests. ''The stand set up by Pordenone - president of ConCentro Silvano Pascolo explained - which covers about 70 square metres, is located in the Multifunctional Area of the Italian Makers Village in Via Tortona, staged in a tailor-made exhibition, reproducing a home-cooking set which also offers samples of typical local products''.
