The food and wine festival has recorded an increase by 21% in consumption, with over 2.2 million slices of ham sold in the 12 stands managed by the San Daniele Ham Consortium and in the 11 local companies involved. Over 20,000 people enjoyed Lodovica Comello, Vinicio Capossela, Bob Dylan and Caparezza in concert; 4,500 people attended the cultural events. Ten thousand people took part in a guided tour of the ham producing companies, and more than a thousand attended the tasting sessions. (ANSA).
