Croatia: government caps petrol and diesel prices

Only for stations outside the highways

(ANSA) - ZAGREB, JUN 20 - Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic announced today that his government has decided to cap fuel prices at gas stations not located on highways, local media reported today. Eurodiesel will cost 13,08 kuna per litre (1,74 euro), while Eurosuper 95 would cost 13,50 kuna per litre (1,80 euro). The measures applies to 94% of the country's gas stations and it will remain in effect for the following two weeks.
