(ANSA) - BELGRADE, 12 NOV - In September 2020, industrial
production fell by 0.4% in the euro area and remained unchanged
in the EU compared with August, Eurostat said today. In August,
industrial production grew by 0.6% in the euro area and by 0.9%
in the EU, the EU statistical office recalled.
Among Member States, the largest decreases were observed in Italy (-5.6%), Ireland (-4.7%) and Portugal (-3.8%). The highest increases were registered in Czechia (+4.1%), Slovakia (+3.4%) and Poland (+3.1%). (ANSA).
