(ANSA) - PORDENONE - A Pordenone-Transilvania axis will be soon
implemented in the furniture manufacturing sector: the reason, a
visit to Sicam, organised by the special agency of the Commerce
Chamber, paid by a delegation of businessmen from Romania, led
by local partner Technology Transfer Center Centi Cluj-Napoca -
National Institute of R&D for Optoelectronics.
The delegation is made up of representatives of 10 Romanian
companies, mostly based in Transilvania, the largest furniture
cluster in the country, that visited the Fair on October 13,
where they met with about 30 exhibitors, attending almost 50
business meetings.
Even Romanian Furniture Club Association, reference point for
the whole sector at national level, and Cluster Mobilier
Transilvan, participated in the delegation.
Romanian stakeholders said they were very satisfied with the
high level of the event, quality of products and innovative
projects made in Pordenone. In the future, tangible development
opportunities will be at hand, six collaborations have already
started in Pordenone. (ANSA).
