"We simply need to draw attention
to these things. It always begins with verbal violence, but a
word is like a stone; wherever it falls, it leaves a trace," and
politicians bear the greatest responsibility for nonviolence,
according to Slovenian President Natasa Pirc Musar. Musar
commented on the appearance of a video on social media featuring
a group of masked men threatening violence against migrants,
according to Slovenian news agency STA. The video shows the men,
dressed in what appears to be neo-Nazi attire, using transparent
foil to tie an alleged migrant to a street lamp post. Later, the
man was filmed with a T-shirt over his face, a noose around his
neck, and a sign reading "remigration" in his hand. Police are
looking into the case.
