Hrvoje Snajder, first secretary
at the Croatian Embassy in Belgrade, has been declared persona
non grata by the Serbian Foreign Ministry. According to the
Ministry's website, the decision was made in accordance with
Article 9 of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations.
Belgrade, according to local media, accused the diplomat of
espionage.
