Unicredit is about to sell credit cards in Austria to Sia
According to Bloomberg, the transaction is worth 400 m euros

(ANSA) - MILAN, July 11 - Unicredit is about to complete
negotiations with Sia for the sale of credit card business in
Austria. Bloomberg reported, citing people familiar with the
subject. Sia should purchase at least 60% of the Vienna-based
unit from Unicredit and other minority shareholders. The
transaction is approximately worth 400m euros. The Italian bank,
which is assisted by HSBC, could finalize the sale of its stake
by September. The terms might still change. (ANSA).
