(ANSAmed) - TUNIS, 30 GEN - At least 13 people are missing at
sea after Tunisian coast guards rescued in the night between
January 28 and 29 a reported 24 migrants who were on a boat that
sank off the coast of Louata, in the governorate of Sfax,
according to a spokesman of the local National guard. In a
statement, the National guard said an operation is ongoing to
search for missing passengers. The same source added that the
rescued people said they are from several countries of
sub-Saharan Africa. (ANSAmed).
