The CEO of the foundation that
organises the annual Ambrosetti economic forum of the world's
great and good at Cernobbio on Lake Como said TuesdayUkrainian
President Volodymyr Zelensky is expected there for this year's
jamboree at the weekend.
"It is something that will develop at the last moment, also for
security reasons, but if it goes through it will be one of the
great achievements of the year," said Valerio De Molli, managing
director of of The European House Ambrosetti (TEHA).
"We are keeping our fingers crossed. We make no promises," he
added.
De Molli said getting Zelensky to shake hands with pro-Russian
Hungarian strongman Viktor Orban on Friday could be the
"symbolic photo" of the 50th edition of the Ambrosetti Forum,
"like the one between Perez and Arafat."
