(ANSA) - ROME, NOV 19 - Reigning and current world champion
Max Verstappen won the Formula 1 Grand Prix in Las Vegas
Saturday.
The Belgian-Dutch Red Bull three-time straight champ edged out
the Ferrari of Monaco's Charles Leclerc, who took second place
at the last corner to the detriment of the other Red Bull of
Sergio Perez, who finished third.
Fourth was Ocon's Alpine ahead of Stroll's Aston Martin and
Sainz's Ferrari. Seventh was the Mercedes of Hamilton who
preceded his team mate Russell and the Aston Martin of Alonso.
Piastri's McLaren closed the top ten.
The Prancing Horse's Team Principal Frédéric Vasseur said "it
was one of the best Grand Prix of the season". (ANSA).
