Napoli fans partied well into the
night on Sunday in the second celebration of their side's Serie
A title win after closing the championship with a 2-0 victory
against relegated Sampdoria in a home match in Naples.
Supporters had already feted Napoli's first scudetto in 33 years
in early May after the team drew 1-1 against Udinese, giving
themselves a mathematical victory with five games to spare.
In other last-day match results on Sunday, Juventus beat Udinese
1-0, Atalanta won against Monza 5-2, Bologna beat Lecce 3-2 and
AS Roma beat Spezia 2-1, qualifying for next season's Europa
League after losing the final of that competition to Sevilla on
penalties on Wednesday.
