(ANSA) - ROME, MAY 25 - Italy's Filippo Zana of Team Jayco
won the 18th stage of the Giro d'Italia on Thursday, a 161km
trek from Oderzo to Val di Zoldo, beating his breakaway
companion Thibaut Pinot of France in a sprint finish.
With three days to go, Welshman Geraint Thomas kept the pink
leader's jersey.
The 37-year-old Ineos Grenadiers rider arrived at the line
almost two minutes behind Zana together with Slovenia's Primoz
Roglic, who is second in the general classification. (ANSA).
