Second-placed Napoli are 13
points behind Serie A leaders Juventus after being held to a
goalless draw at home by Torino on Sunday.
Juve, who are aiming for an eighth consecutive league title,
thrashed Frosinone 3-0 on Friday.
Third-placed Inter Milan won their second consecutive match
in all competitions without Argentina forward Mauro Icardi when
they beat Sampdoria 2-1 at the San Siro on Sunday.
Icardi is on the sidelines after being stripped of Inter
captaincy last week amid a wrangle over a contract renewal.
Fourth-placed AC Milan won 3-1 at sixth-placed Atalanta on
Saturday thanks to a double by in-form new signing Krzysztof
Piatek.
Seventh-placed Lazio's hopes of finishing in the top four to
qualify for the Champions League suffered a setback when they
surrendered a 1-0 lead in a late collapse at Genoa and ended up
losing 2-1.
Fifth-placed AS Roma take on Bologna at home later on Monday.
