(ANSA) - ROME, SEP 26 - Deputy Premier and Transport and
Infrastructure Minister Matteo Salvini on Tuesday ruled out a
cabinet reshuffle, insisting that the right-wing government of
Premier Giorgia Meloni would serve its full five-year term with
the present formation and majority.
"I exclude it (the possibility of a reshuffle, ed.)," Salvini
told reporters on the sidelines of a board meeting of the
company created in 1981 to design, oversee the building of and
ultimately operate the planned bridge over the Strait of Messina
linking Sicily and Calabria.
"The objective is to move forward for five years with this team,
this majority. I have zero interest in everything else," he
added. (ANSA).
