The Senate on Tuesday approved a fast
track for a bill to help make it easier for schools to set up
'Memory Trips' to former Nazi death camps and teach students
more about deportations of Italy's Jews.
Under the bill, special funding would be made available to
Italian high schools for the journeys in memory of the
Holocaust.
The Senate vote was unanimous.
