Lorenzo Ruggeri has curated the
online guide 'Top Italian Restaurants di Gambero Rosso', which
ranks and reviews 500 Italian eateries in 35 countries around
the world.
Some of those receiving special awards from the guide are
Michele Farnesi, chef and owner of Paris's Dilia, who was named
Chef of the Year, and Federico Zanellato, Executive Chef of LuMi
a Sydney, which got Restaurant of the Year.
