This year's Gambero Rosso food and
drink guide has named the 300mila Lounger in Lecce as its best
bar of the year, with Caserta's Hackert Bar coming in second.
The guide said both establishments "showed the benefit of
getting experience abroad before coming home".
The bulk of this year's entries came from southern Italy and
Lombardy in the north.
