This year's Milan Furniture Show has
been put off from April 5-10 to June 7-12, organizers said
Monday saying that they wanted to have a 60th edition that
"fully captures the value of the exhibition".
The decision, said show president Maria Porro, "will enable
exhibitors, visitors, journalists and the whole international
furniture and design community to fully exploit, to the best and
in full safety, the potential of a show that this year will be
full of novelties and which, as well as celebrating an important
birthday, will be based on the theme of sustainability, showing
off the progress made in this sector by creatives, designers and
companies."
