President Sergio Mattarella,
accompanied by Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani, will visit the
Netherlands on November 8-11, at the invitation of King
Willem-Alexander and Queen Máxima, the presidential Quirinal
Palace said Wednesday.
As well as meeting the monarchs, Mattarella will see the prime
minister, Mark Rutte, and the two parliamentary speakers, it
said.
He will make a speech in Maastricht marking the 30th anniversary
of the EU's founding Maastricht Treaty focusing on the EU's
prospects at the House of Government, the Quirinale said.
