There have been 65,925 new cases of
COVID-19 in Italy in the last 24 hours, and 80 more victims with
the virus, the health ministry said Tuesday.
That compares to 15,089 new cases and 51 more victims Monday.
Some 333,204 more tests have been done, compared with 83,426
Monday.
The positivity rate is up from 18.1% to 19.8%.
Intensive care cases are up eight to 224 and hospital admissions
up 272 to 6,259.
The currently positive are 520,919.
The recovered and discharged are 22,198,173.
The case tally since the start of the pandemic is 22,896,742,
and the death toll 177,650.
