There have been 6,610 new cases of
COVID-19 in Italy in the last 24 hours, and 40 more victims with
the virus, the health ministry said Monday.
That compares with 13,197 new cases and 30 more victims Sunday.
Some 63,822 more tests ave been done, compared to 111,946
Sunday.
The positivity rate is down from 11.8% to 10.3%.
Intensive care cases are down five to 185 and hospital
admissions down seven to 4,566.
The currently positive are 589,460, down 13,706 on Sunday.
The recovered and discharged are 21,179,545 (+20,274).
The case tally since the start of the pandemic is 21,944,877,
and the death toll 175,872.
