There have been 21,817 new cases of
COVID-19 in Italy in the last 24 hours, and 90 more victims with
the virus, the health ministry said Wednesday.
That compares to 31,088 new cases and 98 more victims Tuesday.
Some 167,495 more tests have been done, compared to 208,996
Tuesday.
The positivity rate is down from 14.9% to 13%.
Intensive case cases are down 13 to 213 and hospital admissions
down 336 to 5,091.
The currently positive are 645,933, down 14,308 on Tuesday.
The recovered and discharged are 21,046,229 (+36,032).
The case tally since the start of the pandemic is 21,867,757,
and the death toll 175,595.
