Rescuers on Thursday found the body of
another victim of Sunday's Marmolada glacier disaster in
northern Italy, taking the total of confirmed dead up to 10,
sources said.
Another person is missing-feared-dead after an avalanche of ice
and rocks hit a group of hikers when a chunk of the glacier
broke away.
Earlier on Thursday Veneto Governor Luca Zaia said that a total
of 11 people were either dead or missing-feared-dead after the
disaster, adding that "the toll of this tragedy is pretty much
definitive".
