There have been 35,427 new cases of
COVID-19 in Italy in the last 24 hours, and 41 more victims of
the virus, the health ministry said Friday.
That compares to 36,573 new cases and 64 more victims Thursday.
Some 185,819 more tests have been done, compared to 194,676
Thursday.
The positivity rate is up from 18.7% to 19%.
Intensive care cases are down one to 191 and hospital admissions
up 17 to 4,320.
The currently positive are 572,045, down 28,736 on Thursday.
The recovered and discharged are 17,070,231, up 64,865 on
Thursday.
The case tally since the start of the pandemic is 17,809,934,
and the death toll 167,658.
