A 48-year-old Ukrainian woman was
arrested Friday for allegedly bashing her Italian husband and
throwing him out of the house near Rimini Thursday night.
Police found the man in a clearly agitated state and with marks
of a beating including scratches and lacerations around his neck
and face, and his t-shirt half ripped off his back, police said.
They also said they found signs of older wounds.
Police took the man back into the family home where the woman,
who had been drinking, again punched her husband in the face,
police said.
Trying to inflict another beating, she hit some officers present
and was arrested for domestic abuse, resisting arrest and
refusing to present ID.
The incident happened at Miramare di Rimini.
