2024's GDP growth will be 1,2% and
public debt 140.1% of GDP in the NADEF update to the DEF
economic and financial blueprint, he basis for next year's
budget bill, sources said amid a cabinet meeting on the NADEF
Wednesday.
The NADEF thus lowered an April forecast for 2024 GDP growth of
1.5%.
Italy is expected to post growth of 0.8% this year, down from
initial estimates of 1%.
