(ANSA) - ROME, SEP 18 - Migrants can constitute great
potential, President Sergio Mattarella said in inaugurating the
school year at Forlì in Romagna on Monday.
In other remarks, the head of State said: isolation does not
help civic spirit; broad bases action was needed against youth
crime; teachers' work should be encouraged, and its prestige
restored; and tyranny starts when people no longer tolerate
authorities. (ANSA).
