Italy will increase the missile
production of naval artillery systems, munitions and
bullet-proof vests to give to Ukraine in view of an upcoming
package of aid, well-informed sources said Wednesday.
The increase in production, also requested within the framework
of the NATO countries' contact group meeting that took place a
week ago at Ramstein in Germany, concerns the European defence
and cooperation programme, they said.
Other EU countries will benefit from the increase in production,
they said.
