(ANSA) - ROME, MAR 17 - Defence Minister Guido Crosetto said
Friday that Moscow was obsessed by him after another official
commented following reports that the Russian mercenary Wagner
group has put out a 15 million dollar bounty out on him.
Earlier this week Crosetto accused Wagner of driving migrants
from Africa, especially Libya, in retaliation for Rome's support
for Ukraine after Russia's invasion of its neighbour.
On Friday Oleg Osipov, an assistant to deputy chairman of the
Russian Security Council and former president and prime minister
Dmitry Medvedev, became the latest official to comment on the
case, saying "no one cares about him (Crosetto) at all".
"The obsession of these gentlemen with me has become
pathological," Crosetto said via Twitter.
"I am not worried by them nor by their vulgar insults and I
warmly invite them to be serene". (ANSA).
