Two 20-something women were killed
after their car hit a tree at Anzio on the Roman coast southwest
of the Italian capital on Wednesday night, sources said
Thursday.
They died instantly, medical sources said.
The woman driving the car was 22 and her passenger was 21.
The accident took place at around one o'clock in the morning,
and no other vehicles were involved, police said.
