Italy's 2021 Eurovision winners
Maneskin have put off their European tour due to COVID-19
restrictions, the Roman rockers said Monday night.
They said they were postponing the "Loud Kids on Tour '22" with
"deep regret".
Tickey holder will received an update by march 1, they said.
Maneskin said that when it happens, the tour "will be even
better".
Maneskin started 2022 as they finished last year headlining on
Saturday Night Live after 2021 appearances on the Jimy Fallon
Show and the Ellen Degeneres show.
Maneskin are set to return in triumph to the Sanremo Music
Festival, appearing as guest stars on the first night of this
year's event, Artistic Director Amadeus told
State broadcaster RAI last week
The Rome's bands triumph at the festival last year with Zitti e
Buoni earned them the right to take part in the Eurovision Song
Contest and victory there gave them the springboard to global
rock stardom, supporting the Rolling Stones in Las Vegas and
being hailed by Variety as having brought rock and roll back to
the States.
They were the first Italian group to be voted best rock band at
the recent European Music Awards, and were chosen to present
last year's Grammy candidates.
