The Italian government is
challenging the decision to make Amsterdam the new seat of the
European Medicines Agency (EMA), which was forced to move from
London because of Brexit, Foreign Minister Enzo Moavero Milanesi
said in a statement on Wednesday.
The Italian State Attorney's department has presented an
appeal to the EU Court of Justice.
Amsterdam was awarded the EMA over Milan in a tie-breaking
lottery in 2017.
