League Senate Whip Massimiliano Romeo, its MEP Angelo Ciocca, the son of former leader Umberto Bossi and former Berlusconi dental hygienist turned Lombardy councillor Nicole Minetti were found guilty Friday over reimbursements of party funds.
Romeo got one year and eight months in jail and Ciocca one year and six months.
Both sentences were suspended.
Bossi's son Renzo aka The Trout, a former League Lombardy councillor, got two years and six months and Minetti, a former People of Freedom councillor, got one year and eight months.
In all, former councillors and assessors got 52 terms of up to four years and eight months.
