A Monza businessman who went
bankrupt but was still owed four million euros by the Italin
State on Monday saw a bankruptcy court stop his firm and other
assets being seized.
The Brescia court ruled in favour of Sergio Bramini saying
"the seizure of assets subject to liquidation on the part of
creditors cannot be initiated or continued".
The court thus accepted Bramini's request for liquidation.
The businessman had received solidarity visits from deputy
premiers Luigi Di Maio and Matteo Salvini.
