The Treasury said Tuesday that it sold over five billion euros in five-year and 10-year BTP State bonds, with interest rates falling. It sold three billion euros' worth of BTPs maturing in 2025 at an average interest rate of 1.82%. It also sold two billion euros' worth of bonds maturing in 2020 at a rate of 0.71%. The Treasury also sold three billion euros of seven-year CCTEU bonds at an average interest rate of 0.76%.
